Program Overview

Our program will serve individuals ages 18-29.  To be considered for this program, the young adult must be able to participate in community activities.  If an aide is needed for your child to participate in our activities at the church and in the community, the family will need to provide one to assist your child.  The aide must follow LifePoint's policies and procedures,

There is a structured schedule of activities that varies from day to day, including, but not limited to:

Group Therapies

  • Music therapy

  • Art therapy

  • Equitherapy

Community Activities

  • Swimming

  • Mansfield Activity Center - gospel singing with senior citizens

  • Crafts

  • Stepping Stones - social networking for young adults with special needs

  • Field trips

  • PE

Structured Labs

  • Reading/Math

  • Computer

  • LifeSkills

An application form must be completed, and an interview with the Director and/or Supervisor will determine admittance to the program.

Part-time (3 days/week) tuition is $400 per month and full-time (5 days/week) tuition is $600 per month.  The tuition includes music and art therapies and PE fees.

If your child participates in equitherapy at Wings of Hope with us, the fees will be paid by the parent directly to Wings of Hope.  LifePoint only provides transportation and volunteers.

Opportunities for these individuals is often limited.  LifePoint provides an alternative for families seeking a "better life" for their young adult.

Space is limited, so contact us today to receive additional information or to schedule an appointment.
